Note that the window to apply for the IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 will be available on the web portal. At the time of applying, you have to provide details, upload documents, and pay the application fee.

The number of vacancies for recruitment of apprentices will be disclosed with the release of notification. It is expected that the number of positions will be more than 500 for different trades, which includes the following:

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025, it is mandatory that one meet the eligibility criteria. The trade-wise requirements are available inside the table below.

If you are exceeding the age limit, you can claim the relaxation. It is 3 years for OBC-NCL, 5 years for SC and ST, and an additional 10 years for PwBD. To do so, you must have a required certificate issued by the authority.
Application Fee
To apply for recruitment of apprentices under the IOCL, there is no obligation to pay the application fee. Whether you belong to Unreserved, Other Backward Class, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, or Economically Weaker Sections, you needn’t pay any amount.

- Navigate to the official website of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited by visiting https://iocl.in/.
- On the homepage, you will see an option that reads ‘Apprentice’ and gets redirected to another page.
- Now, you need to click on the option related to the ‘Recruitment of Apprentice 2025’ and go to the registration page.
- Register by providing all the details accurately, and then attach documents as per requirement, if required.
- Lastly, you have to review all the details accurately and submit the application form to apply for it.
Selection Process
The selection process for recruitment of apprentices under the IOCL consists of a single stage, which is shortlisting. They will prepare the merit list based on individuals’ performance in the qualifying exam; those who have better scores in 10th and ITI will be shortlisted.
Note that the merit list for recruitment of apprentices under the Indian Oil Corporation Limited is usually published within one month after the closure of applications. Those who are shortlisted are required to attend the document verification for the appointment.
Stipend
After getting appointed as an apprentice under the IOCL, an individual usually gets the monthly stipend of ₹7,000. Note that no dearness allowance, house rent allowance, or other benefits are provided by the organization.
The apprenticeship period usually lasts for two years, which can be extended for one more year in case of performance. After completing it, you will also get an certificate, which requires you to get appointed to many organizations on regular position.
